If you can’t pinpoint the exact location of your items, then this section is for you. Start by discarding the excess, if it doesn’t make you feel happy and High Class, if it’s not aligned with the direction your biz is going, then donate it. It will bring someone else joy. Your body is a temple. We’ve all heard this. Are you treating it that way? As a devoted health nut and vegan, I spend time each day making sure I am fueling my body with what it needs through nutritious whole foods and vitamin supplements. This makes me look and feel my best self. Both my mind and skin are clearer and I am more creative. I still indulge a little occasionally, but usually with something that has some nutritional element to it. Hello, dark chocolate! Move your body! Seriously, getting the endorphins flowing through you is very important. It clears your mind and makes you stronger mentally and physically. Did you know that exercising wards off depression? That’s enough of a motivation for me, not to mention my body looks and feels better with regular fitness. Building a biz is a lot of mental work, and has a rollercoaster of emotions, fighting off the negative emotions through exercise is very important. Let’s talk about getting you a routine that fits your schedule and makes you excited to move your body.
Incorporating meditation into your routine can make a huge difference in your anxiety and stress levels. Does your heart beat out of your chest on the regular? Perhaps your to-do list has your head spinning. Take 5-20 minutes each day to breathe. Seems like a big ask I know, but find a time that makes sense to you, morning or night. Start with 3-5 minutes and work your way up. Just start with breathing or follow a guided meditation. There are plenty of free apps out there with guided meditations. Re-centering yourself and your breath can reset your system and reduce your feelings of stress and anxiety.
Sounds so simple, right? Think of how you treat the people around you. Are you nicer to them than you are to your spouse? Or vice versa? Put more love out there. Don’t expect anything back. Trust that the universe will give it back to you, but don’t give up. Continue to project love and positivity and it will come back to you.
