Finally getting back to writing since I broke my brain by getting a concussion and does it ever feel good to not feel so sick, dizzy and exhausted after everything I do! Still not 100% but I am back to running, slowly, and it’s just great to get out and play again. So, today’s blog is talking about if it might be broke, it’s okay to fix it.
Naturally, I am always watching people’s selling styles in hopes to learn something new and see what isn’t working for them so I don’t make the same mistakes. I had two memorable meetings with sales people last week and unfortunately, they didn’t impress. SOOOO, I wanted to share what I felt were their pitfalls so that we can all learn from them.
There is evidently lots to learn when starting or operating a business. You sell one cupcake at a farmer’s market and now you’re going into business. You keep selling and delivering cupcakes, but is there a method to your madness? Could someone else step into replace you at a moments notice? What happens when you need to hire someone else to sell cupcakes with you? Will they understand what to do? Cupcakes aside, my tips for getting a little process into your biz so you can grow, step back or make time for you.
